LFC Showcase

L.F.C END-OF-SEASON
BUS PARADE

In June 2022, Liverpool Football Club (LFC) celebrated an extraordinary 2021-22 season by touring the city with two trophies—the Emirates FA Cup and Carabao Cup. The event, attended by an estimated 500,000 fans, turned into an unforgettable event, an opportunity not just for the club, but for the entire city to celebrate. The soundtrack of this celebration needed a live set with as much energy and passion as the fans, and who better to perform than the world renowned DJ, and producer of the unofficial LFC anthem “One Kiss”, Calvin Harris. Given the scale of the event and the need for impeccable sound quality across multiple vehicles, LFC entrusted us with the responsibility of providing the essential audio gear and technical expertise to ensure that the sound quality was nothing short of exceptional.

To meet the demands of this large-scale, dynamic event, we deployed a combination of DMB YSUBS and Y10S speakers for their robust and precise sound output, along with CDJ-2000s DJ equipment to give Harris full control over his performance. We also implemented a wireless system that connected all four buses, creating a synchronized and immersive surround sound experience that resonated throughout the parade route.Powered by reliable rechargeable batteries, our equipment ensured that the music flowed seamlessly from one vehicle to the next, elevating the atmosphere for both players and fans, all with green energy.

As the buses rolled through Liverpool, the sound of Calvin Harris’s set intertwined with the roar of the crowd, creating a shared experience that was as much about feeling the music as hearing it. The result was an unforgettable celebration, with Calvin Harris declaring it the “biggest gig” of his life. The flawless execution of the audio setup allowed the energy of the parade to reach every corner, making it a day that players, fans, and everyone involved will remember not just for the trophies on display but for the palpable connection that music brought to the moment.
